Final Update: All impacted OIT services, including Banner, Single Sign-On (SSO), VPN, and other campus-hosted systems, have remained stable throughout the day. Services are now fully restored and operating normally.
The Network Services team continues to coordinate with our vendor in support of their root-cause investigation to prevent future recurrence. We appreciate your patience during this morning's disruption.
