Monitoring - Network services identified a line card on a network switch that went offline. After a reset, the card came back online, and connectivity was restored. Network Services are monitoring the switch.

Scheduled - There will be a planned software upgrade of the Campus Phone System. These are redundant servers, however, there will be several small blips(under a minute) as phones move from their primary server to their backup server and back. This will not affect any calls in progress. There will also be intermittent access to the VoIP self-care portal during this timeframe.

Investigating - We are currently experiencing an issue with one of our redundant commodity internet connections due to a power failure at an upstream provider. As a result, off-campus connectivity for the Dynamic One building is impacted. All other campus locations remain unaffected and are operating normally.

Our team is actively working with the provider to restore service as quickly as possible. We will provide updates as more information becomes available.
