Resolved - According to Verizon "The outage has been resolved. If customers are still having an issue, we encourage them to restart their devices to reconnect to the network. We sincerely apologize for the disruption."

Investigating - We have received multiple reports of issues with Verizon Wireless service on and around campus. The issue has been reported to Verizon, and has been escalated to outage status.

We will post updates as we learn more.

Resolved - Final Update: All impacted OIT services, including Banner, Single Sign-On (SSO), VPN, and other campus-hosted systems, have remained stable throughout the day. Services are now fully restored and operating normally.

The Network Services team continues to coordinate with our vendor in support of their root-cause investigation to prevent future recurrence. We appreciate your patience during this morning's disruption.

Resolved - Power was restored to the affected areas at 6:35 p.m. Network equipment has been confirmed to be back online and functioning.

Update - We are experiencing power loss to some of the tennis court cameras, specifically courts 1, 3, and 6.

Update - The Pressbox network batteries have expired. Connectivity will remain down until power is restored.

Identified - There are 4 network switches in the Stadium that are currently on battery power. Connectivity service to the R-room and the Pressbox will be impacted when/if the UPS batteries expire before the repair of the Centerpoint circuit is complete.

Parking gates 55 and 57 are also impacted by this.

Scheduled - Network Services will be upgrading one of the BRC routers to address an issue we have been seeing that causes high memory utilization in these units. Some BAS equipment will see a short period where it will lose network connectivity but will reconnect after the upgrade. All other network connections may experience latency as traffic moves between the affected hardware and its redundant counterpart. Notice will be sent out after completion.
