Campus wireless networking has returned to service. The majority of wireless access points (APs) have successfully reconnected. We are investigating a few APs that are still offline, likely due to their connection cycle.

Update
The routers that support wireless networking will require additional steps to complete the upgrade. There will be an approximate 20 minute disruption to wireless networking at 7:00 a.m. We will share another update when this portion of the work is complete.

Network Services will be upgrading the campus network routers to address an issue we have been seeing that causes high memory utilization in these units. These routers are redundant and we will be working on one at a time. No downtime is expected as part of this maintenance. There may be brief network latency as traffic moves between the affected hardware and its redundant counterpart. Notice will be sent out after completion.
