Scheduled Maintenance
OIT Networking will be finishing the firmware upgrades on the Cisco Voice System phones and running pre upgrade checks from 4am to 6am on December 3rd, 2020. Each phone will be temporarily out of service for approximately 2 minutes during this upgrade while they update new firmware. If there is an active call up it will wait until the call is completed before it updates the firmware on that phone.

Network Core upgrade Dec 19, 01:00-10:00 CST
Network Services will be upgrading the core of the network as well as the underlying hardware that interconnects the campus to the Primary Data Center. Connectivity will be intermittent during this maintenance window.

Update - Due to the Proofpoint issues identified recently - we advise all Cyrus Mail and Exchange On-premises users to login to Proofpoint and check for mail that may have gone into the Quarantine sections, both the Low Priority Mail - Quarantined and Spam-Quarantined. Investigating - The vendor update reported Friday has only fixed the "sender safe-lists, sender block-lists" issue; it has not fixed other issues. User profile selections, such as a user's selected spam policy, are still being ignored.
