Scheduled -
OIT Networking will be performing a firmware upgrade on the Cisco Voice System phones. Each phone will be temporarily out of service for approximately 3 minutes during this upgrade while it updates to the new firmware. If there is an active call up it will wait until the call is completed before it updates the firmware on that phone.

Network Services has discovered an issue that may impact wireless services. We are performing a failover to the backup campus wireless controller. We do not expect any loss of service but users may see increased latency for the next few minutes.

Resolved -
Canvas and Kaltura reported the issues as resolved earlier today. There have been no reports of any related issues since then. Marking the incident as resolved, but please report any new issues to helpdesk@rice.edu.

We are currently seeing intermittent issues with Canvas and Kaltura (media/video management system). The vendors are aware, and they are investigating. We will post an update when we have more info from the vendors.
