Duo will no longer be providing updates to the Duo Mobile app on older Apple (iOS 10 and earlier) and Google (Android 6 and earlier) smartphones. While the app will continue to work you are encouraged to move to a newer OS release. PIN code, SMS and voice options will continue to work for these older devices as well.

Duo will no longer provide the Duo Mobile app on the App Stores for older Apple (iOS 10 and earlier) and Google (Android 6 and earlier) smartphones. While the app will continue to work if you have it already installed, you will no longer be able to download the Duo Mobile app for these older devices. Scheduled - We will be doing an upgrade for eProcurement integration database on Friday, May 10th, 2019, during Administrative Systems routine maintenance window from 8pm to midnight. You may still be able to log into Rice Marketplace to shop but the sync between Rice Marketplace and Banner will be unavailable during the maintenance window. Any of your purchase requisitions and orders pending in the queue will NOT be lost and will be automatically re-processed and synced to Banner after the database upgrade is complete.

Investigating - Canvas is currently experiencing intermittent issues when connecting to training that is hosted on an external website. The main area affected by this issue is R.I.C.E. Way compliance training. The vendor expects to have the issue cleared up within the next hour or so.
