Scheduled Maintenance
Scheduled - Duo will no longer be providing updates to the Duo Mobile app on older Apple (iOS 10 and earlier) and Google (Android 6 and earlier) smartphones. While the app will continue to work you are encouraged to move to a newer OS release. PIN code, SMS and voice options will continue to work for these older devices as well.

Network Services will be performing a planned maintenance on one of the campus ISP link. There should be no customer impact due redundant ISP links in place. Notification will be sent at completion.

Duo will no longer provide the Duo Mobile app on the App Stores for older Apple (iOS 10 and earlier) and Google (Android 6 and earlier) smartphones. While the app will continue to work if you have it already installed, you will no longer be able to download the Duo Mobile app for these older devices. You are encouraged to move to a newer OS release. PIN code, SMS and voice options will continue to work for these older devices.

Resolved - The BOX team is now seeing healthy metrics with the API events endpoint which brings all Box Services back to an operational state. We will continue to monitor site metrics and will provide updates if necessary.

Update - Identified - We have observed a long period of recovery across most of the Box Service. We are still investigating intermittent errors with our API Events endpoint that may also have limited downstream impact to both Box Sync and Box Drive. Impact to Box Sync and Box Drive may be observed as delays in receiving updates.

Resolved - The fix implemented 9/4/19 about 19:45 seems to have resolved the issue with OWA. Resolving this incident.

Update - We completed some system changes tonight; 9/4/19 at approximately 19:45.

Testing for several users shows that the issue is Resolved. If your issue is still not resolved, please update any problem ticket, or contact the Help Desk at 713.348.4357 to let us know you are still experiencing the issue.

Identified - Some users are seeing the error "exchange.rice.edu Too many redirects" when attempting to login via browser to URL: exchange.rice.edu/owa

Problem has been reported, and support is investigating.

Workaround:
Users can access Exchange accounts directly using their Outlook 2016 app.
