Box - Disable TLS 1.0 Access Nov 12, 11:00-11:01 CST
Scheduled - The Box cloud service is ending support for TLS 1.0 on 2018/11/12. If you have not updated your Box apps to to the latest version they will stop working on this date.

Resolved - Canvas engineers were able to identify the issue and applied a fix.

Resolved - The default sharing for calendar events was change to Free/Busy from the existing defaults at 12:31pm. The change was reverted at 3:34pm.

Resolved - A network switch in the basement of Fondren Library was briefly unavailable this afternoon around 2:30 PM. OIT Networking is working with the vendor to diagnose the root cause.

Update - OIT Networking has determined that the outage was caused by a hardware malfunction in one of the Nexus switches in the PDC. The vendor has been engaged to determine the root cause. At this time, functionality is back to normal.
