Scheduled - Windows 10 Operating Systems Mandatory Updates & Patching (Sept-Nov)

In order to protect Rice’s technology assets from unnecessary exposures and vulnerabilities, systems must be updated and software patches kept up to date.

Beginning in September through early November, OIT will be updating all out of compliance OIT managed Windows 10 operating systems to the latest supported version. System owners will receive notifications indicating the system will need to receive updates and if any actions are required.
