Rice Google Services outage for AT&T subscribers

ISP services provided by AT&T are having trouble connecting to Google Services, including Rice Gmail, Google Drive, etc. Users who have AT&T as their Internet service provider can work around the problem by connecting to the Rice VPN until AT&T has resolved the issue. We will continue to monitor the issue.
