We have identified a software defect and scheduled an emergency maintenance window tonight to resolve issues affecting campus wireless. The details are as follows:
11:00 p.m. – 11:30 p.m.: Wireless network downtime should be expected while the system is rebooted 11:30 p.m. – 3:00 a.m.: No downtime expected as new firmware is pushed to the wireless access points 3:00 a.m. – 4:00 a.m.: Wireless network downtime should be expected while the system is rebooted for the final time.
Please note that residential rooms will not be impacted by this maintenance but Magister houses will be. We appreciate your patience and understanding as we work to improve the performance and reliability of our network.
