Monitoring

LDAP services have been restored. Any changes made since mid-day Sunday 07/25 will have to be restored and we have started that process. We will continue to monitor the service.

Some of the services affected: Login to Box, Canvas, iO, docs.rice.edu, wiki.rice.edu, Zoom, Cisco Webex, Zoom.

Investigating

We are currently experiencing problems with LDAP that may be affecting other services especially those using SSO. We are investigating the issue.
