Network Maintenance | Upgrade Cisco Voice System Phone firmware

TS&S (formerly OIT) Networking will be performing a firmware upgrade on the Cisco Voice System phones from 4 am to 8 am on September 12th, 2026. Each phone will be temporarily out of service for approximately 2 minutes during this upgrade while they download and update new firmware. If there is an active call, it will wait until the call is completed before updating the firmware on that phone.
