Pending change control approval, OIT Networking will be performing a firmware upgrade on the Cisco Voice System phones from 10 pm on October 22nd to 1 am on October 23rd. Each phone will be temporarily out of service for approximately 2 minutes during this upgrade while updating the new firmware. If there is an active call up, it will wait until the call is completed before it updates the firmware on that phone.
