There will be a planned software upgrade of the Campus Phone System. These are redundant servers, however, there will be several small blips(under a minute) as phones move from their primary server to their backup server and back. This will not affect any calls in progress. There will also be intermittent access to the VoIP self-care portal during this timeframe.
