OIT Networking will be performing a firmware upgrade on the Cisco Voice System phones from 4am to 6am on November 21st, 2020. Each phone will be temporarily out of service for approximately 2 minutes during this upgrade while they download and update new firmware. If there is an active call up it will wait until the call is completed before it updates the firmware on that phone.
